Balance in Business:
Who leads? Who cares?

25 November 2020  |  Institute of Directors, London

We are delighted to confirm that the launch Balance in Business event will take place on Wednesday, 25 November.
Thank you to our speakers, sponsors and to the alumni who had already signed up to for their on-going support.
We will be in touch with more information including an updated agenda as soon as we can. Stay safe.

Gender balancing is a cornerstone of achieving strategically balanced businesses and it is fast becoming a critical leadership skill.  In increasingly crowded and competitive marketplaces organisations that promote diversity and have an inclusive culture are able to attract and retain the best talent.

This event will focus on the hard facts and research on Balance in Business as a value creation lever; and on providing compelling, practical examples from top leaders at both executive and board level on the successes (or not) of gender balancing initiatives.

We have created this event to inspire and empower you – giving you an opportunity to hear different perspectives, share experiences, and generate practical insights and solutions to gender balancing.

Be part of the discussion on the day through interactive and technology-enabled sessions as well as Q&A and networking.

In 2017, we celebrated 50 years since the first women were admitted to INSEAD. This year, to mark INSEAD’s 60 years of developing leaders for the world, we want to step up our efforts on gender balance in the broader context of Business as a Force for Good.
