Milena Mondini de Focatiis

Milena Mondini de Focatiis

Milena joined the Group in 2007 to launch the business’ Italian operation, ConTe.it, which she ran for 9 years. In 2016, Milena became Head of European Insurance and was responsible for the Group’s insurance and price comparison businesses in France, Italy and Spain. Milena subsequently became Head of UK and EU Insurance in 2019 and was made the Group CEO designate in March 2020.

Prior to joining Admiral, Milena worked as a management consultant at Accenture and at Bain &Co where she advised clients across the telecommunications and technology sectors on business development and organisational design. Milena has a Telecommunications Engineering degree from the University of Naples Federico II and completed an MBA from INSEAD.

Sir Robin Budenberg CBE

Robin has advised companies on strategy and governance throughout his career and was responsible for oversight of these issues when managing the Government’s investments in UK banks following the 2008 financial crisis. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Exeter.

He was awarded a CBE in 2015 and a knighthood in the King’s Birthday Honours list 2023.He is the former London Chair of Centerview Partners and was previously Chair and Chief Executive of UK Financial Investments Ltd (UKFI). Robin was also formerly a Non-Executive Director of Big Society Trust and Charity Bank Limited.

Sir Robin Budenberg CBE

Vivienne is the CEO of the FTSE Women Leaders Review.

Vivienne also holds a number of board and advisory roles supporting businesses in their data, privacy and digital strategies, with a focus on digital identity, anti-financial crime and equality & diversity. Vivienne has over twenty five years experience in global financial and professional services sectors, having previously held the role of Managing Director and Chief Privacy Officer for London Stock Exchange Group. She has also held senior leadership roles at Refinitiv, Thomson Reuters and Citibank.

Vivienne is an exceptional advocate for gender balance in business, and is the former CEO of Women in Banking and Finance. She was awarded an OBE for services to Financial Services and Gender Diversity in 2021.
