We are a mission led organisation. And we know that for the FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies we worked with, receiving recognition for excellence is secondary to promoting our common mission – to foster gender balance in business. We are continually looking to grow our events and expand our range of activities which requires us to secure incremental financial resources for our volunteer organisation.
