Our distinguished CEO panel brought you hard facts, shared their practical experience, and took your questions to bring about concrete solutions and galvanise you to take action. They shared their perspective on the role of the leader in driving gender balance together with business results, candidly describing successful as well as poorer attempts at making real change.
This was the first of a three part series looking at the CEO, the Board and the HR perspectives respectively.
We have created this event to inspire and empower you – giving you an opportunity to hear different perspectives, share experiences, and generate practical insights and solutions to gender balancing.
In 2017, we celebrated 50 years since the first women were admitted to INSEAD. This year, to mark INSEAD’s 60 years of developing leaders for the world, we want to step up our efforts on gender balance in the broader context of Business as a Force for Good.

This event is for business leaders of today and tomorrow, at both the executive and board level, who want to achieve strategically balanced organisations and engage in the discussion on how, practically, they can achieve that.
