Chief Executive Officer, Genpact

“Tiger” Tyagarajan is Chief Executive Officer of Genpact.  He is one of the industry leaders who pioneered a new global business model and transformed a division of General Electric (GE Capital International Services) into Genpact, a global professional services firm delivering digital transformation solutions for clients. Genpact has more than 90,000 employees and annual revenues of $3.52 billion USD as of December 31, 2019. Tiger was appointed as Genpact’s Chief Executive Officer in 2011 after serving as Chief Operating Officer.

In his current role, Tiger counsels and collaborates with C-suite executives of large global corporations, helping them drive change in their companies to improve their competitiveness. He frequently writes and speaks on such topics as digital disruption, global talent issues, continuous skill development, and the importance of building a strong corporate culture. 

Tiger is especially passionate about diversity, and serves on the Board of Catalyst, a global non-profit organization working with some of the world’s most powerful CEOs to help build workplaces that work for women. He also was one of the founding supporters of the U.S. chapter of the 30% Club, which is committed to gender balance on boards of directors and in senior management. He is an active member of the Fortune CEO Initiative, a forum for corporate leaders committed to addressing major social problems as part of their core business strategies.

Tiger began his career with the Unilever Group in India before moving to Citibank’s Consumer Financial Services businesses in sales, operations, and credit. He then joined GE Capital in 1994 as head of Risk in India and went on to become CEO for GE Capital’s Global Consumer Finance and Auto Financial Services business in India. Among his various roles at GE, he served as the Global Operating Leader for the GE Capital Commercial Lending businesses in the United States. 

Tiger has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad, where he majored in finance and marketing.

Ronan Dunne

Executive Vice President and Group CEO, Verizon Consumer

Ronan Dunne is executive vice president and CEO of Verizon Consumer Group. He leads the teams responsible for providing wireline voice, data and TV products and services and wireless connected experiences to more than 100 million consumers every day. In addition, his teams are helping to build the first 5G technology network that will redefine how customers live, work and play.

Prior to this, Ronan was executive vice president and president of Verizon Wireless, responsible for all aspects of Wireless’ strategy, product development, marketing, operations, customer care and digital operations. He led the teams that provide products and communications services for consumer, business and government customers on the nation’s largest and most reliable network.

Ronan joined Verizon in 2016 as executive vice president and group president of Verizon Wireless. Under his leadership, Wireless continued its evolution and harnessed their network and competitive advantages to provide great customer experiences.

Before coming to Verizon, Ronan was chief executive officer of Telefónica UK (O2). While leading O2 UK, the largest wireless operator in the United Kingdom, he significantly improved its growth trajectory through market leadership in brand, customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ronan was previously O2’s chief financial officer in the UK, and prior to that, served as head of finance and deputy to the group chief financial officer of O2.

Prior to joining O2 in 2001, Ronan held senior positions in banking with Banque Nationale de Paris and in the corporate sector with Exel plc. and Waste Management International plc.

Dunne is a fellow and former council member of the Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI) and a fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT). Ronan is a Counsellor for the One Young World charity that brings together young leaders from around the world and empowers them to make lasting connections to create positive change.

Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, Ronan and his wife Elaine now reside in New Jersey. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys soccer, rugby, field hockey and traveling with his family.

Charlie Nunn

GMD, Chief Executive, Wealth and Personal Banking, HSBC

Charlie was appointed Chief Executive, Wealth and Personal Banking in February 2020. He leads a global business serving the personal banking and wealth needs of HSBC clients worldwide.

He previously served as Chief Executive of Retail Banking and Wealth Management, which was combined with Global Private Banking to form Wealth and Personal Banking in February 2020.

Since joining HSBC in 2011, Charlie has held a range of leadership positions including Head of Group Retail Banking and Wealth Management and Group Head of Wealth Management. He was appointed as a Group Managing Director in January 2018.

Charlie has extensive financial services experience, having worked in the industry since the early 1990s. He began his career at Accenture where he worked for 13 years in the US, France, Switzerland and the UK and became a Partner. He then moved to McKinsey & Co as a Senior Partner.

He holds an MA in Economics from Cambridge University and an MBA from INSEAD.
